About

1:1 scale reconstruction of the Grande Salle — the main study room in French architect Eugène-Emmanuel Viollet-le-Duc’s home, La Vedette, in Lausanne, Switzerland. La Vedette was demolished in 1975.

The reconstruction uses archival photographs of La Vedette, taken by Jean-Eugène Durand following the architect’s death.
